Disability Law Attorneys

At the Charles T. Hall Law firm, we are disability law attorneys. All we do is help people with Social Security problems and almost all of those problems are disability problems.

Not all the people who represent Social Security disability claimants are disability law attorneys. The Social Security Act allows non-attorneys to represent Social Security claimants. This started out on the belief that an elderly parent would be represented by their child. What has happened is that many people without legal training are representing Social Security disability claimants.

Not all the attorneys who represent Social Security claimants are disability law attorneys. Many attorneys try to do workers compensation and automobile accident cases and write wills and so on, as well as representing Social Security disability claimants.

You get to choose who represents you. Choose from among the disability law attorneys — people with legal training and a law license who represent lots of Social Security claimants. It just stands to reason that an attorney with a lot of Social Security experience will do a better job for you.
