You’ve seen the TV ads for Binder and Binder. I’ve posted before on the differences between Binder & Binder and this law firm. There are even more differences now than I knew then.
Binder and Binder (pronounced as if it were spelled “Bender and Bender”) has been sold. It is now owned by a private equity company based in Miami. It was bought in a leveraged buyout in August 2010.
The Binder & Binder advertising on TV is not a law firm. It is part of a conglomerate. It’s still based in the New York City area.
We’re a law firm. I know, you may not trust lawyers, but how much do you trust big conglomerated corporations? We’re not based in New York City or Miami but here in North Carolina.
