Charlotte Hall grew up in Bainbridge, Georgia next to a farm which grew cotton, peanuts, and corn. Her parents are musicians and Charlotte plays the clarinet as well. She attended high school in Tallahassee, Florida where she served as the drum major.

After graduating high school, she attended the University of Florida majoring in Political Science and Religion. After graduating from the University of Florida as Valedictorian, she was invited to be a Chancellor’s Scholar at the University of North Carolina School of Law on full academic scholarship.

Charlotte joined the Charles Hall Law Firm in 2010 working primarily on federal court appeals. She is married to Michael Hall. They live in Raleigh with their two rabbits and dachshund. Charlotte enjoys reading, playing board games, and archery during her free time.
